TERMITE INSPECTIONS

Our specialized termite inspector partners will evaluate your home for any signs of termite, or other wood-destroying organisms, as well as conditions conducive to their infestation:

Moisture Assessment: Because moisture attracts termites, inspectors will identify areas with high moisture levels that could be potential hotspots for termite activity.

Review of Risk Factors: The inspection also involves looking for conditions that could lead to termite infestations, such as wood in contact with soil, mulch close to the foundation, improper drainage, or leaks that create moist conditions conducive to termite colonization.

Inspection of Wood Debris: Wood debris near or in the home, including firewood stacks, tree stumps, and scrap wood, can be attractive to termites and are inspected for signs of infestation.
