Additional Add On Services
Professional Diagnostic Sewer Scope Inspection
A sewer line inspection is a diagnostic procedure used to evaluate the condition of a property's sewer pipes. This process involves using a flexible borescope camera to visually inspect the interior of sewer lines. The primary goal is to identify any issues, such as blockages, cracks, tree root intrusions, collapses, or other damages within the pipes that could lead to sewer backups, leaks, or other plumbing problems.
WDIIR/WDO TERMITE INSPECTION
Our inspectors specialize in termite inspections and will evaluate your home for any signs of termite, or other wood-destroying organisms, as well as conditions conducive to their infestation:
Moisture Assessment:
Because moisture attracts termites, inspectors will identify areas with high moisture levels that could be potential hotspots for termite activity.
Review of Risk Factors: The inspection also involves looking for conditions that could lead to termite infestations, such as wood in contact with soil, mulch close to the foundation, improper drainage, or leaks that create moist conditions conducive to termite colonization.
Inspection of Wood Debris: Wood debris near or in the home, including firewood stacks, tree stumps, and scrap wood, can be attractive to termites and are inspected for signs of infestation.
Detailed Pool/Spa Inspection
A pool inspection is a detailed examination of a swimming pool's structure, equipment, and safety features to ensure everything is in good working order, safe, and up to local health and safety standards.
The inspector will evaluate the structure and surface of the pool and spa, the equipment, the plumbing and electrical system, and safety features.
