A 360° Pre-Drywall Inspection gives you an independent look at your new home during one of the most important stages of construction—before drywall and finishes conceal critical components of the home.

At this stage, Patterson 360 Inspections evaluates accessible construction conditions including the structural framing, rough electrical, rough plumbing, HVAC rough-in, and visible installation and workmanship. This gives your inspector an opportunity to document observable concerns while the major systems behind the walls can still be seen.

What We Inspect

Depending on construction progress, accessibility, and the inspection scope, our Phase 1 inspection may include:

Structural framing and visible connections
Wall, ceiling, and roof framing
Rough electrical wiring and components
Rough plumbing and water lines
HVAC ductwork and rough-in components
Windows and exterior door installation

Why Inspect Before Drywall?

Once insulation, drywall, cabinets, and interior finishes are installed, many construction components are no longer readily visible.
